We found out that for the last 80-90 years organic agriculture did a big way from scientific experiments to the considerable and fastgrowing direction in the agricultural industry which takes more and more strong positions in the agrofood market every year. Many countries quickly react to this tendency, developing organic agriculture or for the purpose of saturation of domestic market, or for expansion of export at the expense of renewable resources. For Russia whose structure of export has pronounced raw character, formation of organic agriculture with orientation to implementation to the countries with the developed national market, but insufficient production base is especially urgent. On the basis of results of the conducted research, an attempt to reveal the factors exerting impact on decision making process by consumers concerning commission of purchase of products of organic agriculture was made.
