Inflammation is a major threat to human health and plays an important role in the development of various infectious and non-infectious diseases such as Alzheimer's, heart disease, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis etc. Depending on the intensity of this process, mediators generated in the inflammatory site can reach the circulation and cause fever. Clinical treatment of inflammatory diseases is dependent on drugs which belong either to the non-steroidal or to the steroidal chemical groups. The use of plant extracts in the green synthesis of silver nanoparticles has several advantages over conventional processes since they are beneficial, simple to improve, and ecologically friendly. Ag nanoparticle structural and morphological characteristics were investigated using UV-Visible, FTIR, TEM, FESEM, and XRD. Ag nanoparticles were sphericaland cylinderical. The produced Ag nanoparticles had an average size of 23.18 nm and were in the nanometer range. The EDS picture confirms that the sample contains Ag. EDS and FTIR confirmed that the Nano-Ag powder made using the biosynthetic technique was pure..AgNPs shows enhanced antiinflammatory activity.
