Nowadays, evaluation of educational programs and personnel is in the heart of the interest of modern educational policy. The purpose of this book is to present a proposal for educational program of school cultural activity, entitled "The History of Our School", as well as its evaluation plan, based on the CIPP evaluation model. Also, this book presents a one hour teaching observation from teacher to teacher, having as an observation tool the formative evaluation system of the teacher. A critical attitude is made in relation to the specific teaching observation, referring to individual elements that should govern a comprehensive teaching observation for formative evaluation purposes.
