MD mukhtar is a Professor of Microbiology with specialty in drug research,chemotherapy, Pharmaceutics and public health,with many publications at Bayero University,Kano Nigeria. He was the pioneer Editor-in-Chief,Bayero Journ of Pure and App Sci(BAJOPAS).Prof Mukhtar has also served as the national Secretary,Nigerian Society for Microbiology.
