In recent decades, significant advances in our understanding of how sex steroids work are essential for skeletal growth and bone health during puberty. Estrogen deficiency is a major factor in the progression of osteoporosis. Mechanisms of Skeletal Sex Still Effects It is not known. However, in recent years there have been significant advances in our knowledge of estrogens and to a lesser extent androgen in bone regeneration. New insights into estrogen receptors, recent discoveries in increasing the activity of osteoclasts and the lessons learned from genetic mutations in humans and animals are all accurate in increasing our understanding of the skeletal effects of estrogen in males and females. On the other hand, bone fractures are generally repaired in a regular manner with the appropriate mechanical and biological components that are currently available. The aim of this study was to improve and increase mechanical strength and bone function for better and faster weight gain, toprevent delayed fusion and non-fusion, and finally to restore damaged bone function.
