Agric., Cairo University) and me as supervisors on Hossam Mahmoud Ibrahem Abo-Taleb (M. Sc. Student at Food Science Dept., Fac. Agric., Cairo University.

I was born in 4/8/1959, Cairo, Egypt. In 1981, graduated at Food Sci.&Technol. Dept. Fac. of Agric., Ain- Shams Univ, worked at FTRI, occupied the Special Food & Nutr. Dept. director position. An editor and a reviewer at some inter/intranational scientific J., as well as an organizer in some local and international conferences (at USA and Canada).
