L'Ing. Muhammad Ishaque è Operation Engineer e ha più di dodici anni di esperienza industriale; è entrato a far parte della Pakistan Petroleum Limited nel 2013. Ha studiato in Pakistan presso il MUET di Jamshoro, dove ha conseguito con successo due lauree, tra cui il Bachelor in Ingegneria chimica e il Master in Ingegneria ambientale, con un punteggio di 4 su 4 CGPA.
