The micro leakage is the most problem between tooth part and the restorative materials. However, micro gaps created at the margin cause bacterial ingress, precipitating staining, secondary caries, defective restorations, sensitivity and possible pulpal pathos's. The demand for esthetic restorations and alternative materials to replace amalgam restorations has driven the search for tooth-colored materials to fulfill the requirement for physical properties of amalgam. To fulfill these requirements, resin bonded-composite has been introduced as an alternative restorative material to amalgam for Posterior teeth. This work represents an attempt to use cyanoacrylate adhesive as an alternative for 3M multi-use bonds, in the composite and amalgam restorations.
