"Evaluating CAMPOST's financial performance: the Nanga-Eboko case" is the theme of the study we carried out during our academic internship at CAMPOST (Cameroon Postal Services) in Nanga-Eboko. After carrying out several tasks, such as processing mail and accounting documents; accounting operations (deposits and withdrawals) of money in different accounts and at the end of the day, we focused on the anomalies encountered, in particular the low funding of resources to achieve the quantified objectives set, customer satisfaction, irregularity of budget revenues, absence of staff to provide these multiple office services. Thus, based on the accounting and financial documents obtained and studied, our analysis aims to improve the financial performance of the Nanga-Eboko office by providing essential information for preserving financial equilibrium over the short, medium and long term, in order to guide decision-making aimed at several actors in the structure (managers, associates, creditors and, above all, staff).
