A descriptive research design was used, with a sample of 306 Islamic studies teachers and 378 students selected from Katsina, Kano, Kaduna, and Jigawa States. Data was collected through two questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and t-tests. Findings showed no significant differences in teachers' and students' assessments regarding curriculum comprehensiveness, content coverage, qualification effectiveness, and instructional materials based on variables such as age, school type, and gender. The study recommends maintaining the comprehensive aims of the curriculum, encouraging teachers to adhere to evaluation procedures, and promoting professional development for teachers lacking teaching qualifications.
