The scope of this study has focused on the scholarship provided to the P3 to P5 and M1 to M3 with both positive and negative impact in education qualities together with school construction project under EDF-Lao of the period experiences in implementation. The study was conducted with 130 sample scholar member households, who were involved in scholarship project and 68 sample households have not received for scholarship supporting in the target areas. Also, the study was conducted with 9 target schools and 15 respondents interviewed, which covered in school construction project. So, the total of sample random samplings was 213. However, 8-10 villages and 8-10 districts were selected in 4 target provinces namely Khammuane, Savannakhet, Sekong and Saravan in order to have adequate number of samples for conduct a survey.
