Women empowerment is a social process which neutralizes the oppression against the society and establishes the equity. Ms Sonal Katyal has four years of academic experience. Currently, she is working as Faculty in Economics area at G D Goenka World Institute-Lancaster University. Prior to this, she has worked at the Indian Institute of Management - Ahmedabad as an academic associate in Economics area.
