The main aim of the thesis is an optimalization of evaluative criterias which are the base for the decision of project cofinancing from Regional operational programme. There were chosen criterias which have the most influence of success of dotation allocation and directly influence successful finish of project physical realization. The partial aim is to polemize, if by implementation of programme are fulfilled indicators of National strategic referential framework which is fundamental document for operational programmes' implementation in the Czech republic.

Karel Brunclik se graduó en la Universidad Mendel de Brno, en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales en 2009. Durante sus estudios ha comenzado a trabajar como consultor en el campo de la obtención de dotaciones. Actualmente trabaja como director de proyectos en la empresa RENARDS y se ocupa de la distribución efectiva y tangible de los medios financieros europeos.
