The eleven-year-old Eva views this as murder. At her mother's funeral she vows to revenge her death when she turns twenty-one. During this time she makes true friends and one of them becomes her lover. Everything goes to plan until she learns that she may have to face one of her closest friends in a duel before she can revenge her mother's death.
