The aims of the project are to provide opportunities for participants to:-Learn in a mutually supportive environment that values the experience of participants and enables them to reflect upon, evaluate and value their own experiences.Examine and understand a range of theoretical perspectives that can be applied to improve practice and enable participants to be more effective practitioners in Events Planning, Organization and Implementation within both their own organizations and countries. Develop skills, knowledge, and experience in Organization, Planning, and Implementation of Events, and through analysis, develop programs of actions that are responsive to and anticipate changing circumstances within their own real-world environments.
