Autorenporträt
Karla Dornacher was born in Hannibal, MO and grew up in Illinois. Just as she was about to leave to study graphic art, she fell in love with the man who became her beloved husband, and changed her plans to become a wife and mother. Together they've lived in Arkansas, Alaska and Washington state, in towns, cities, and rural areas. Along the way, Karla relied on her faith to show her all she could be. During that time, she started painting based on scripture and authored more than 15 books. Today a respected artist and illustrator, she credits the Lord with giving her the strength and courage to share her talents with others through her art.
