Autorenporträt
Rocco de Giacomo is a widely published poet whose work has appeared in literary journals in Canada, Australia, England, Hong Kong and the US. In 2009, he published his first full-length poetry collection, Ten Thousand Miles Between Us (Quattro Books). Ten Thousand Miles was longlisted for the ReLit Poetry Award, and selected for Poetry NOW's 3rd Annual Battle of the Bards. The author of numerous chapbooks including Catching Dawn's Breath (2008), his work has appeared in Descant, The Malahat Review, The Fiddlehead and Queen's Quarterly. Rocco's poetry has also been featured on the CBC, and from 2008 to 2014, he participated on the council for the Art Bar Poetry Series. He lives in Toronto with his wife, Lisa, and daughters Ava and Matilda.
