Brian has advised thousands of schools across the United States, Australia, and Canada. His expertise lies in coaching teacher teams, guiding school leadership, and fostering principal-administrator team collaborations.Drawing on the latest research and evidence-based practices, Brian empowers educators to believe in their role as catalysts for student empowerment. He focuses on harnessing the collective knowledge, skills, and experiences within school communities. Brian's ultimate goal is to help schools and districts realize that the key to success is often found within their walls.Brian is the author of Every Student Deserves a Gifted Education: 5 Shifts to Nurturing Each Student's Unique Strengths, Passions, and Talents. He is coauthor of What About Us?
