Autorenporträt
Peggy E. Pate-Smith grew up in a small town in Texas where her favorite place to read a book was on her front porch, occasionally stopping to watch the sheep in the pasture across the road. She left that porch to get her bachelor's degree from A.C.U. her Masters of Montessori Education from Endicott College, and to do both Elementary and Middle School Montessori Teacher Training at the Houston Montessori Center in Houston, Texas. This is her fourth book. Other titles include a travel book, Reading 10,000 Books: A Journey of Body and Soul, Implications for Peace: Montessori Elementary Education, and a middle school fiction book: Peaceful Farm Montessori. She continues to love to read, enjoys traveling, writing books, and flying kites. Her favorite Dr. Who episode is, "Vincent and the Doctor."
