This impressive work won a gold award from Literary Titan, showing its impact and importance.Haelee also co-wrote The Unexpected Journey: Fire and Gold with her dad, Dedrick. This memoir reveals Dedrick's struggles and sacrifices as a single father, doing everything he could to care for and protect her.
