Sarah Dawson is an experienced journalist/author who writes for national papers, magazines and websites. Sarah's yoga journey began when she was 15, and she has practiced many different yoga styles over the years. In 2007, she travelled to India to train as a yoga teacher and launched 'Karmiyoga' in 2008. Sarah teaches weekly classes in Brighton and Hove, and runs yoga retreats abroad. With her training in Sivananda and Dru Yoga, Sarah has great enthusiasm and is passionate about making yoga available to all. She continues to work as a freelance journalist, writing for travel and lifestyle publications.
