Rosi Greenberg, Leadership Development Artist, has spent 15 years fostering a more connected, humane, and creative organizational landscape. Six years ago, Rosi founded Drawn to Lead, through which she offers bespoke workshops and retreats that have empowered thousands of leaders to unleash their narratives and find their inner power. Her book, "Everyone Has a Sam: Meeting the Inner Critic and Re-Writing the Rules," tackles imposter syndrome through Rosi's own vulnerable personal story, life-changing strategies, and tender, inspiring illustrations. Rosi makes self growth accessible, joyful, and deep through her art and facilitation. She specializes in supporting people to connect more deeply to themselves and others.Rosi holds a Master's in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School with a certificate in Management, Leadership and Decision Sciences, and a BA in Anthropology from Brown University. She weaves together her expertise in Adaptive Leadership, Public Narrative, Internal Family Systems, Immunity to Change, Shadow Work and the creative arts to offer individual and group healing with a systemic lens. In addition to her transformational workshops and retreat facilitation, Rosi helps teams vision, see connections, and document gatherings through her stunning visual scribing.
