Laurie Condon has been writing articles and blogs for two decades. Most of them focus on Fitness, and self-care. They have appeared in Ms. Fitness, Personal Fitness Professional, Health Products Business, Club Industry, The Nutritious Life Studio and S-Life Magazine. She self-pubished a book entitled Keeping Fit on The Run, which was purchased by a company for their salespeople. She lives on Long Island with her husband and their son.
