Katrina Thomas was born in Lewis County, New York, and graduated from Beaver River Central School in Beaver Falls, New York. She received her master of science degree in education from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, and is currently employed as a special education teacher in northern New York. Katrina lives with her husband Doug and an English cocker spaniel named Mutley in Watertown, NY. In her free time, she enjoys reading. Her favorite authors include Charles Dickens, Agatha Christie, and Barbara Cartland. She also enjoys camping, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, cross-country skiing, and spending time with family and friends. More than anything, however, Katrina likes to write. Her favorite places to rest, relax, and write are the Adirondacks of New York and the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
