Balwant Rai, BDS, MS, is Associate Professor and Programme Director of the Aeronautic Medical (Dentistry) online course at Kepler Space institute, USA and President of JBR Medicare Society, India. He is the Editor in Chief of four journals and serves as a reviewer for a number of scientific journals. Dr. Rai has extensive experience in curricular development and is an Expert Jury member for the National Research Foundation, South Africa. His research has included sex determination and age estimation from teeth, identification methodologies and he is the first author of more than 50 original scientific articles. He is examiner of different universities. Dr. Rai has published five books. He is commander of Crew on Mars Desert Research Station Mission 100B and 114.Jasdeep Kaur, BDS, MSc, is Health and Safety Officer/Biologist on  Mars Desert Research Station Mission 100B. She is Editor in Chief of one and Deputy Editor of two journals. She is also an expert reviewer for the Journal of American Dental Education, Oral Disease, and the Irish Medical Journal. Dr. Kaur has published two books and more than 50 papers in national and international indexed journals.
