Neridah McMullin is the author of seven books for children and an award-winning short story writer and poet. Her latest picture book, Fabish: The Horse That Braved a Bushfire, was shortlisted for the CBCA 2017 Book of the Year. She lives in Melbourne.

Oh, this book is just exquisite. It's my favourite book of the year so far!
