However, despite the large number of cesarean sections, the perinatal mortality rate (deaths of children under 7 days of age plus stillbirths) has remained stable over the last 20 years.The frequency of indications then poses difficulties of classification. This can be done according to the chronology in relation to the beginning of labor, according to the maternal, fetal or mixed interest...The delivery of pregnant women through prenatal consultation allows for early diagnosis of maternal pathologies during pregnancy, reducing even more the rate of emergency cesarean sections, which are a source of complications.
