Mikhail Viktorovich Grechko. Nacido en 1981. En 2003 se graduó en la Facultad de Tecnología y Emprendimiento de la Universidad Pedagógica Estatal de Rusia. En 2006 completó el estudio de posgrado en "Economía y Gestión de la Economía Nacional: Servicios", con la posterior defensa de su tesis. Candidato de Ciencias Económicas, Profesor Asociado del Departamento de Economía y Gestión de la Educación de PI SFU.
