Izandengera Abintegenke Affable, MSc, est un professionnel de la santé qui a travaillé comme infirmier et responsable de la santé publique dans divers établissements de santé de la région des Grands Lacs. Il est actuellement enseignant à l'Université de la ville de Goma en RDC. Il est également chef du département des sciences de la santé à l'Université adventiste de Goma.
