Katherine Lazaruk, B.Mus, B.Ed, AICI CIP, PCC, is a Vancouver BC based professional presence expert who helps leaders and their teams walk the walk, talk the talk, and look the part. She is passionate about achieving gender parity in her lifetime and through her coaching, consulting, and speaking, she works with women and champions of women to accelerate the progress of women into senior leadership and helps them stay there without burning out. She works within the system to change the system for teams and individuals alike to create a more equitable and effective world. When she is not at work, she spends her spare time singing jazz, opera, and vintage big band music, songwriting, and publishing books of "long stories in short poems". She enjoys challenging conversations, is relentlessly curious and can be slightly irreverent from time to time.
