Hope: Such a small word. Just one syllable. Only four letters. Yet that single, simple word has embodied and defined SpringHill from the very beginning. In his book, Experience = Everything, author Michael Perry takes you inside the SpringHill experience.

MICHAEL PERRY has been president and CEO of SpringHill since 1998. Prior to that, he spent ten years in human resources and quality and customer service management at a large, privately-held corporation, followed by four years as a partner in number of related startup businesses. During these years in the "for profit" world, Michael and his wife, Denise, invested their avocational time in the lives of high school students through the ministry of Young Life where they were volunteer leaders and local committee members. The Perrys spent many of their vacations taking hundreds of students on long bus rides to exotic places. The Perrys have been married for thirty-three years, and have four adult children and one daughter in-law, all whom they love to spend time with.
