The work experience in the direction of designing and creating a personalised education system for students is summarised. The model of the system has been developed, its relevance and significance, stages of implementation, target milestones of each stage have been substantiated. The basic conditions for building a creative environment of children's upbringing, stages of development, content and ways of activity of students are defined. The content and ways of organizing activities on pedagogical support of the development of personalized child upbringing system, pedagogical conditions of model implementation (organizational, methodical, personnel) are considered. The features of the system aimed at realizing the potential of each child in accordance with the goal set for him/her are studied.
