The issues of admission, permanence and graduation continue to be on the agenda of higher education, which is why the Faculty of Engineering of Olavarría created an Institutional Mentoring Programme, whose purpose is to accompany and guide incoming students during their first steps in the Institution. The programme is made up of teachers, psychologists, psychopedagogues, students and non-teaching staff. Although the tutoring modality is with peer tutors, the whole team works together with the same objective. This publication is a compilation of work, both research and experience, from the beginning of the programme to the present day.
