This paper seeks to present some experiences of my work as a teacher trainer in a teacher training college in Baja California Sur, experiences that, although in some moments have a certain dose of apparent criticism, in general they try to narrate, from personal experience, the work that teacher trainers assigned to a teacher training college carry out on a daily basis: possibly I am trying to talk about "things" not commonly dealt with in the discourse of teacher trainers.
