The monograph is devoted to the study of general psychological phenomenology of legal consciousness, which is a psychosocial instance that defines the personality from the position of its integrity and integration into the socio-legal reality, as well as characterized by a particular uniqueness, determining the orientation of the processes of meaning-making and meaning-making, determining the identity of personal identity, acceptance, indifferent perception or rejection of socio-legal reality. Subjective-psychological acceptance and appropriation of law by a person as an opportunity and freedom to think, decide and act, is one of the essential facets of his socialization and social identity (uniqueness) of a person as a person and as a citizen. A person's legal consciousness emerges and is formed as a system of personality-centered legal constructs reflecting various aspects of legal reality, contributing to the regulation of own behavior in lawful situations and the development of personal legal perceptions. The study revealed the prospects of expanding psychological knowledge in the field of studying legal consciousness, legal self-consciousness and legal identity of an individual.
