Subjective-psychological acceptance and appropriation of law by a person as an opportunity and freedom to think, decide and act, is one of the essential facets of his socialization and social identity (uniqueness) of a person as a person and as a citizen. A person's legal consciousness emerges and is formed as a system of personality-centered legal constructs reflecting various aspects of legal reality, contributing to the regulation of own behavior in lawful situations and the development of personal legal perceptions. The study revealed the prospects of expanding psychological knowledge in the field of studying legal consciousness, legal self-consciousness and legal identity of an individual.

Iniciou as suas actividades de investigação como aluno e seguidor de Irina Alexeevna Zimnaya, Doutora em Ciências Psicológicas, Professora e Académica da Academia Russa de Educação. Ele está a desenvolver as questões da consciência jurídica e da inconsciência jurídica.
