A person's legal consciousness emerges and is formed as a system of personality-centered legal constructs reflecting various aspects of legal reality, contributing to the regulation of own behavior in lawful situations and the development of personal legal perceptions. The study revealed the prospects of expanding psychological knowledge in the field of studying legal consciousness, legal self-consciousness and legal identity of an individual.

Doutor em Psicologia, Professor do Departamento de Psicologia Geral e Aplicada na Universidade Nacional Al-Farabi Kazakh. Iniciou as suas actividades de investigação como aluno e seguidor de Irina Alexeevna Zimnaya, Doutora em Ciências Psicológicas, Professora e Académica da Academia Russa de Educação. Ele está a desenvolver as questões da consciência jurídica e da inconsciência jurídica.
