Based on the findings and conclusions, it is recommended that, there is need for Ministry of Health and Care initiations to prioritize legislation purposes for compassion fatigue and burnout among Hospitals at National level. There is also need for room of improvement for Ministry of Health and care to provide with recommended preventive care for the nurses. Since there be much information provided by the Ministry of Health and Care about compassion fatigue, seeing that the reality revealed by the study is that there is still so little known about it. There is irresistible indication that compassion fatigue negatively affects nurses, patients, and the healthcare system. Merely a small extent of literature exists that addresses ways to combat compassion fatigue. The lack of theoretical clarity has also hindered empirical studies and depths from being performed that could help study the various concepts of compassion fatigue. It is concluded that healthcare supervisors have their workload reviewed for them in helping to curb compassion fatigue rates. It is also recommended that if hospitals want their staff to take better care of patients, and increase patient satisfaction scores.
