It analyses and interprets the life stories of six middle-managers. The book theorises individuals' work/non-work experiences into a model of individuals' work/non-work experiences. This model shall help individuals to understand processes behind their work/non-work experiences in their private, organizational and societal contexts. This book also concludes that segmenting AND integrating are essential for the harmony between one's life domains namely one's work, one's family, one's social and one's private.
