Several intense EL materials have been prepared, Whose EL emission can be seen in the ultraviolet region. An attempt has been to correlated results obtained from the EL & PL studies of ROPPV polymer films. The thickness dependance optical property of ROPPV films is summarized. The theoretical approach is made to the solids comparison made between the theoretical and experimental results The conclusions drawn from the present investigation are summarized and the perspectives for the future research on ROPPV thin films have been given.
