This book examines the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools by English as Second Language (ESL) Learners to enhance LSRW skills. The study aims to explore the impact of using ICT tools on English language acquisition among 364 first-year Bachelor of Technology students at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur, Tamil Nadu, India. This research uses a purposive sampling technique to discern ESL participants, ensuring that the data collected would yield pertinent and meaningful insights to address the research inquiries at the premises effectively. A weekly assessment was administered to both control and experimental groups to facilitate a comparative analysis between the cohorts. This investigation employed SPSS Software version 26 and Minitab to scrutinize the data collected from the pre-test and post-test. This research delves into the amalgamation of erudite theories and models, encompassing the Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning, Self-Determination Theory, Technology Acceptance Model, and TPACK framework for interpreting and reconciling the findings.
