The importance of this work is developed with laboratory experience, for learning, knowledge and integration of the presence and observation of the growth of microorganisms with samples from different ecosystems, data collection, analysis and evaluation of cultures. With the objective of understanding the biogeochemical processes, of microbial ecology, in nature; of the diverse microorganisms that interact in the ecosystems: air, water and soil. For the integral application in the study and multidisciplinary solutions in areas of high potential such as: bioremediation, environmental, ecology, biotechnology, bioengineering, agroindustry, sustainability and climate change among others, being of great relevance and current scientific impact in our environment in the conservation of communities and ecosystems.
