The aim of this book is to enhancing the material properties of the base metal by coating with powder metal. In this study we used the metal powder of WC-10Co-4Cr. The HVOF spray method is selected in this experimental study and the mild steel plate was taken as the base metal. After these analyses it was found that the hardness increased at high level and the porosity level is up to 1%.
