In the manufacturing sector, Micro machining finds good attention among researchers. In recent years, number of research works were carried out in Micro machining, due to the rapid need of micro components. Micro channels plays a very important role in miniature components of various applications to cater the demand of house holds & industrial applications. In this work, Experimental study on Micro channels machining of Stainless Steel-316 was carried out in accordance with Taguchi-GRA method. Current, Pulse on and Pulse off were taken as input process parameters for investigation. Output responses like Material Removal Rate, Electrode Wear Rate, and Surface Roughness were analysed. Microstructure study was also carried out using Scanning Electron Microscope. The analysis revealed the optimal combination of process parameters and most influencing factor for multi response optimization. This analysis helps to focus on the alternate methods of machining that focuses on cost effectiveness. It is especially useful for the professionals in Micro channels machining, or anyone else who may consider Micro channels applications.
