Autorenporträt
The Editor: Pat Arneson is Associate Professor and Director of the Master of Arts Program in the Department of Communication and Rhetorical Studies at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She received her Ph.D. from the College of Communication at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Her work examines issues of human communication from philosophical perspectives and has appeared in numerous scholarly journals. She is editor of Perspectives on Philosophy of Communication (forthcoming) and co-author with Ronald C. Arnett of Dialogic Civility in a Cynical Age: Communication, Hope, and Interpersonal Relationships (1999).
