The aim of the study is to explore perceptions of Private Elementary School leaders of Karachi on quality assurance in teaching. Quality assurance is an important component of the schools these days, especially private schools. These schools have a separate cell for quality enhancement that check on the teachers. In most of the cases, it is very important to know their perceptions about it as the school leaders head it. They are also well familiar with the hindrances in the process of assessing teaching quality as it has also now become difficult for the school leaders to retain teachers.
