Leah Shagrir is a senior researcher, and before her retirement she served as a teacher educator at Levinsky College of Education, Israel. Dr Shagrir was awarded a Distinguished Fulbright Award in Teaching ¿ 2009, to conduct research in Vanderbilt University, USA. Smadar Bar-Tal is a senior researcher and lecturer, a leader in the field of online teaching and learning, at the Center for Innovative and Optimal Teaching at the Levinsky College of Education in Israel.
