Dr.B.P Rekha Rao was educated in Mysore, India. She has done her Post Graduation in Economics and PhD in Development Studies under the Guidance of Prof. V.K. Natraj from Mysore University. She worked in Hyderabad, India as Lecturer of Economics in a Private college, Affiliated to Osmonia University at Graduate & Post Graduate level.
