Thus in this book the mentoring, mentor's activity and learning interactions is emphasized, the motive power of the organizational learning and importance of knowledge management in the learning organization, the principles of the learning organization, models of thoughts, a relationship between knowledge and the management of knowledge in the organization is revealed. A special attention is given to the base of the knowledge of organization: to the main components, to the blocks of knowledge management. Knowledge management is introduced as a research of activity and as a task of integration.
