The objective of the book is to provide readers with knowledge in the area of mentoring, learning organization and management by relating the knowledge management and the learning organization with vision of learning city or region, by analyzing the learning organization in the aspects of alternation of economics, politics and culture. So, the content of the book is determined by the clear influence of knowledge on the innovative processes. A procedural standpoint to innovations has formed; also a link of innovations with knowledge and with knowledge management has developed.
