The efforts have been made to compile available information of the subject and to provide simple, authentic and recent account of each and every topic. The author is M.Sc. Biotechnology from Manav Bharti University, Solan (H.P.). She passed certificate course in Medical Transcription and worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for more than 4 years. She has published one review article in a reputed journal and published four abstracts in the proceedings of national conferences.
