Most horse manure fungi were Ascomycetes , and only (Aspergillus terreus A. nidullus ,A.fumigatus and A.uatus) found in horse manure capable to produce ligninolytic enzyme(lignin peroxidase ,manganese peroxidase and laccase). The locale isolate A.terreus SG 777 has the highest production for ligninolytic enzymes(lignin peroxidase ,manganese peroxidase and laccase)in Soled state fermentation with optimum conditions contain banana stalks as substrate and incubation time at 35°C for 8 days at pH 4.5,with exception Lacc produced maximally at pH 5.5 and 45°C. lignin peroxidase was extracted and concentrated by ammonium sulfite, then purified by ion exchange using DEAE - cellulose (Column chromatography).Purified LiP was more efficient for dyes removal than crude LiP or H2O2. Purified LiP exhibited higher removal efficiency for poly aromatic hydrocarbons in comparison with to treatment in AL-Dorah Refinery. Immobilized Lip showed more efficiency and stability in comparison to free Lip when stored for 4 weeks, in addition it showed more efficiency and stability in comparison to free Lip when stored for 4 weeks.
