Michael James Lutterschmidt is a forty-year-old Targeted Individual (TI) who wrote this true story so his daughter, who was legally separated from him, will know he did not abandon her, and that he spends every minute fighting to be in her life. He also intends for this story to expose evil and corruption so that other people will be spared the pain and suffering he endures for the sake of all humanity.
